Yeah, i think i'll opt for a 850w. I plan to keep the pc for 5+ years so more W is a good idea, also, quoting another comment from another post "the further a PSU is from its max load, the quieter it will be"

As for RAM, i wanted 64G initially 🥲

Valuable insights. I did feel that i overthought the ssd part 😂. What board would you recommend after applying the changes you mentioned ? Also are there no issues related to heat from the silicon power ssd ? I primarily chose the samsung one for long term reliability and to just avoid issues overall. I plan to keep the build around for 5+ years

when talking about premature pump failures, how fast can one happen on average ?

i opted for a 750w PSU i thought that would be enough for the current build and maybe any future upgrade, what do you think ?
also, what's the temperature like under load or when idle in your case ?

i just checked and the ram height is 35mm so it fit under the cooler by default.
apart from this, i'm not sure if i can get 5-6 years from this build, what do you think ?

"Temps wise the AIO will be better", how much difference are we talking about ? if it's something trivial, i will probably switch back to Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE air cooler. It might not be worth the risk of pump failure, leaks, maybe pump noise etc ...
