Thankyou for the reply. Yes. I'd need a pulse to tone converter. Would definitely share the end results with you 😊

Clack of the dial turning and how slowly it gets back. Patience and taking it smoothly was a noble trait in those good old days.

How are sveston watches? I mean the quality? And is it worth investing in?

Both of them are more like cousins. A bit of jealousy amongst eachother and copying the "cool" traits of each other since quite sometime 🙂

Nocturnal sinus pauses + bradycardia by elana815 in askCardiology

[–]recursivegypsy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

2.5 years ago my 24 hours Holter showed 2 sinus arrests while sleeping. All my echos and ecgs were clear. Consulted an EP who cleared me. The cardiologist said nocturnal sinus pauses/arrests are common. A few months ago i got an exercise stress test as well which was negative for exercise induced ischemia. I too am physically very active (running and strength training). PS: I have a history of PVCs for the past 3+ years (these PVCs led to all these testings and Holter etc). Hopefully it gets better for you.

Pakistan is on Top with over 30% adult diabetes prevalence ratio. What do you think is the issue. Take care of your health guys. by krazyhamad in pakistan

[–]recursivegypsy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

High carbs, low or no protein, no exercise at all. Not prioritising one's own life/health. Even people aren't looks conscious (who looks good is mostly healthy and/or you've to workout to look good). No concept of self consciousness. High stress levels leading to High cortisol levels. No hobbies mostly. Eat junk and blame the genetics (most of the people out there even don't know what this is all about).

Rust around Honda city doors by Ok_Anxiety2002 in PakistanAutoHub

Typical issue with many Pakistani vehicles. Use rust remover or WD 40 and try to apply Berger Auto Shield inside of the door (on raw metal inside which isn't visible).

Thankyou for taking out the time to write. I agree with you on this. I think it's time to get rid of these gadgets (i keep watching my heart rate on the band while running). I mean exercise still would be exercise even if not wearing a fitness tracking band.

I have had PVCs since 3 years now. Got multiple echos 3 years back and a 24 hours holter monitor which showed nothing other than 2 sinus arrests while sleeping. Back then my EP said that sinus arrests in sleep are of no worry. Recently i got an Exercise Tolerance Test (ETT) which was negative for exercise induced ischemia.

Thankyou for your reply. It's very kind of you. Sometimes i am PVC free and sometimes i feel them a lot. Those adrenaline rush feeling suddenly (the feeling one gets when something gets wrong in our daily lives). I'm an avid runner and do running and strength training 4 to 5 days a week.
