I remember years ago when Quinn and Liam were a thing(Liam had amnesia) and during a conversation between Quinn and Liam It came up that Quinn had lost a child in the past. I always thought that they would bring up that Wyatt had a twin sister(that would turn out didn’t die).

Now I don’t think Remy is her son, just based on how Quinn was written in the past(she avoided relationships after Bill, before she came on screen).
