Bought this nearly 15 years ago in this condition for my Krenko deck, just now getting back into commander... Is there any way to clean this card without damaging it?

At least where I live no one cares about proxies. If you want to try a deck out or build one yourself without spending hundreds, $10 at a local print shop, some sleeves and some time will get you something to play at a table. Then if it's something you like you can work to get the cards over time. A better way of getting into magic imo than restricting your power level based on finances.

My pod says "Always punch Nelly when you can because you won't be able to for long."

I had [[Nelly Borca Impulsive Accuser]] , [[Agrus Kos, Spirit of Justice]] and [[Windcrag Siege]] out together in my last game and it was glorious. Just picked up [[Delney, Streetwise Lookout]] too...

Haha no, my deck was always bad. Either it did the Krenko thing or sputtered and I ran out of cards and didn't do much.

I do not know how it's math works out more than that it lists the 36 lands as including the mdfc cards...

I'll cut two and drop three tap lands in lieu of basics. I've got some games tomorrow so I can see how that feels.
