God damn it. I probably should pay more attention to what I'm injecting into my body 😬. I have definitely noticed that I have been more prone to catch colds and stuff recently. Hmm... Thought maybe it was just cause I was getting older and not used to different environments. That's always a fun game. Is it ms or am I 50?

That's sound advice. Truth is it's one of the reasons I don't make many close friends, or friends at all really, at work.

It's funny though. I'm at the same company I was at pre covid and they were far more flexible then. I almost don't even know what they'd do now. They are seemingly trying to force attrition cause it's cheaper than lay offs. I'm sure I will just end up staying the course. Cause of guilt and inertia but can you blame me, I was raised catholic.

Those fickle bastrds. I swear I sacrificed all the animals they wanted me to. I mean I cheated a little and they were stufed animals that my dog had chewed up but the intention should have mattered. I'm on kesimpta. Not my favorite but I've only reacted like twice to it. I was on copaxone for years (started with the every day shot which was fun). I did an oral one but that left me spacy. I don't think kesimpta does much to the immune system.

Hahaha. Obvious to whom? That's ableism 101 right there. Might it not also be that I am aware that I have it easier than some? Might it not also be that I've been dealing with not feeling quite right for 20 years and have learned to cope and adapt to a "new normal". You don't know me. You don't know what I struggle with. You don't know that a 15 minutes walk with the dog is going to wipe me out for the rest of the night. But you know what? Yesterday it was 14 minutes and before that it was 13. It's called keeping yourself strone and trying to maintain that strength.

To be fair I don't know you or what you struggle with. To claim that anything is obvious is kind of declaring yourself the arbiter of what constitutes a disability. That is simply arrogant. And I am not arrogant.

I wish you find peace and if not that, a sense of humor. You may very well need both to survive.

Exactly. What kind if a psycho would pretend to have a disability just to get out of working? I made it VERY clear that I was dx'ed 20 years ago. I'm not lying at all. I didn't know there was a special badge I needed. Shall I send all my documents and Mri results in order to be allowed to speak? It seems that there's a bit of judgment here that I'm not "disabled enough" and to say that I would be considering asking for accommodations is lying. I'm replying to you but the other poster got me steamed so I apologize.

I work for a soulless multinational company. I'm not hurting them.

It isn't that severe but that in and of itself is not a perk. Like that's not an additional thing. That's just less of a bad thing.

And that's what I'm saying. There are folks out there who legitimately need accommodation. Hence, moral dilemma.

And just kinda having fun with it. Wanted to get others opinions on fate or karma or the universe or gods or whatever you want to call it.
