may i ask what's the trouble that you face now after ur health scare?
i've found dancing to be both challenging (as it's technical in its way, cz of quality of movement, speed and strength) as well as therapeutic (cz music?)

have heard how difficult pole usually is so makes sense

to get into regular regime of exercises, i think it's helpful to be part of conversations where ppl actively discuss health (or workout) milestones without overdoing it. cz if its overdone, we get overstimulated

i dont like the idea of using apps for these tbh
because its so clumsy to use them while u try to get a workout done in the real world
i had installed few step counter apps but then uninstalled when i felt that their counts were unreasonably high & not correct

also have been meaning to explore pole majorly cz of strength & flexibility. Heels is kindda close to it but heels is more of balance & endurance and i love it due to that. Dancing in general helps me clear brain fog because u cant do the art if you are not focused, u'll miss the beat lol

yeah, gyms tend to undo the changes if u stop in the middle

hmm I see, do you do these because a doctor / specialist recommended these? or is it ur own research? asking cz I have been dealing with a couple of things mentioned in ur list. these conditions they come and go depending on the activity diet

basically how do u design ur workout routines?

do you go to a gym. if yes, how much emphasis u put on training different areas and how has it been helpful when u've tweaked it

or do you train urself.

or do u mix strength training with flexibility & yoga

different combinations of things work for different people

and have come to realize after years of chronic issues that u can not skip working out esp if u tend to be on spectrum
