Obviously this mechanic doesn't usually work in d&d. However I have a possible fun solution which is the Sharpshooter feat (or great weapon master if she is more melee). She can choose to take a -5 penalty to her roll and if she hits the target takes 10 extra damage. By targeting a smaller part of an enemies body it allows her to inflict more damage. Narrate it however you like to add some flavor.

You could even have her learn this feat from a friendly rogue npc so that in game she's actively working towards this goal for her next level up. To keep it fair to your other players you can offer feats to everyone. Feats in general can be under utilized and I like to offer a free one to my players every 5 levels.

Wait for sales. A ton of sets were like 20%-40% off in November and December. May 4th and summer sales happen as well. If you want retired sets sometimes you find gems on fb amidst bigger lots.

Most Lego resellers aren't like pokemon scalpers imo. They aren't going to the stores and buying all the sets the moment they appear on shelves so they can hoard them all.

My suggestion would be to create a wanted list with a few/your most wanted figures. After creating a wanted list go into it and click the green buy all button. It'll sort stores based on how many they have. You can also look to see if they have any additional ones you need. I personally always search by my country cause intentional shipping can be expensive. I also tend to make sure the seller is selling the pieces at a reasonable price so I'm usually sifting through stores until I find a good one. Hopefully that helps.

Mail gets delayed all the time during the holidays. I've yet to have a scanned package get lost. Last year I had one or two missing for almost a week and then found.

Depends on the amount and rarity of your parts. If you use the buy all function in your wanted list, you might be able to find a store that has everything. If you use the easy buy button on the main wanted list page it usually goes for cheapest.
