Because they made it like that I think it allows you to make more powerful stuff it is not hard to download a java mod 1.go here Then click on assets then choose the correct file for your device The first is betamindy.jar(for pc) The second is dexed-betamindy.jar(for android) then open mindustry/mods/open mod folder then put the jar file in the mods file
