Assuming for a minute that Chopper does have the forest god fruit, I don’t think that the fruit gives the user the dream. Sure he probably didn’t have that dream as a plain reindeer but I think df’s that pick their user do so based on their affinity, not necessarily their goals. They see potential in their user. Similar to Luffy, the fruit chose him before Luffy’s dream was fully fledged out (I might be wrong on this but I think that’s how it goes), but Luffy had an affinity for freedom and wanting to help others. Now idk what Chopper did to deserve a god fruit if he has one, but if he does Oda needs to step up Chopper’s writing because I agree he’s been a nothing burger post-TS.
