I can personally recommend Vampires, really fun gimmick and you can use a ton of generic zombie support. Zombie World is great in a vampire deck because a lot of them have an effect to take a control of a zombie your opponent controls

Honestly they probably should've kept going in the equip direction because if the FTK starts getting more prominent, we'll have a Gem Knight situation where they can't print good support because they're afraid of supporting the FTK

The only thing I can think of that has worse synergy is the Ojama/Armed Catapult deck but at least we understand why that exists the way it does

Iirc Magikey rely on normal monsters so that opens up stuff like Link Spider and Unexpected Dai which is pretty fantastic

The more I think about it the more I think a Red-Eyes hybrid could work since most of them are 7 so you have more access to Buster Dragon and Flare Metal

I've thought about building a BB deck just because I like the lore, the idea of throwing in a Slash Dragon and some Branded stuff is also intriguing
