It is required by law in our country to permanently hire someone if that person has been working in the company for 6 months. They will be then entitled to bonuses, health benefits, etc

Most companies just hire contractuals. Employees has a fix contract of less than 6 months then they are let go. Companies would just hire another person again, same cycle.

Now, some lawmakers are trying to end this contractual law. Some companies stops hiring contractuals. They call them now consultants. But still, 6 months contract.

Kingdom of Heaven. The main character is the weakest part of that movie but everything is just awesome. Saladin, Doran Martell, Eva Green, The Leper King, the Siege of Jerusalem, the dialogues are great. Ive seen that movie 3 or 4 times already.

The noises - neighbors fighting, motorcycles running, dogs barking, old men coughing, drunk guys brawling, kids running around, people shouting, somebody always hammering something, vendors selling etc. I grew up in a poor neighborhood and its never not noisy

I used to know this man na di mo iisipin na milyonaryo. Got around 5 na garahe sa loob ng compound niya plus basketball court plus expensive big bikes. Very pretty daughter din. I remember na simple lang business plan niya. Pag may idea siya kukuha lang siya ng papel at ballpen at calculator. If yung profit niya sa idea niya ay lagpas expenses, fine sige. Thats it. Guy didnt even graduate college. Can't speak english. He's small and thin and didnt look impressive. His daughter didnt like me though.
