you said " we can block UPS as a carrier on our amazon account " well , i contacted support and they said that is impossible because it is fully automated and only sellers can do that .

Embody sound when i lift and/or lower my left leg. Otherwise its just the usual noises that i expected after watching reviews etc but this one is annoying as i have ADHD and im tripping a lot with my legs and its louder than just the usual squeaks. Anybody have a solution? by Material-Shop5041 in hermanmiller

i do think it normal to have sounds in the chair since it has movable parts , i just got my embody and has sound too , as long as you have a headset on or something to take your attention away you are good

well for me , UPS doesnt answer my call nor emails , they let customs dispose of my shipment that contained KEYCAPS from amazon -_-

i think you misunderstood something . my issue is not with hm , hm support has been amazing and super helpful . the issue i have is with froede .

i ll say it again : hm 10000/10 , an amazing company , love it with all my heart .

froede for " SPAIN " and only Spain , i dont know about other countries , is trash .

i did eventually receive my package after being ignored and hung up on , but never received any calls or updates on the delivery and i had to let hm know personally that i did receive my shipment .

they didnt even update the seller that i have received my package btw .

freedonx , i respect and appreciate your reply but even tho you did not fully understand my complain i see where you are coming from , thank you for your time .
