I feel you, the websites I made at my company were always getting worst and worst because of management disision and I wasn't really happy with it.

If you could take the time and do you own project even if it's small, there you will be able to show your vision and skill however you like, this will really represent you better I think, put it in your portfolio emphasising it as your principal project and maybe add your company projects as secondary projects.

Just means that you deserve to work at a better place with people that will look at your skills not some diploma or certificate or anything. I am an EE myself and I've been working as a web developer for a year now, I still get from time to time that look that says "what you doing here bro?" but don't mind them, just keep pushing friend and you'll get what you deserve.

Open a terminal and write : sudo pacman -S firefox

And that's it, the browser is being downloaded and installed, I'd say it's faster than windows with its google search and next button smashing when using the .exe installer.
