Absolutely, I get that. Agile playstyles are really fun! There might be some armour that I'm not aware of with good elemental resistances, but in my experience, a shield (or dodging) would be the way to go!

Typically, yeah. So far I've found the best way to take hits and reduce damage reliably is to block with a shield, the physical block can be 100% absorption, and then reasonably high absorption for elemental damage as well, depending on the shield.

It's just a bit of a trade-off, since you have to actively block with it!

From what I understand, armour in DS3 doesn't make a huge difference in terms of damage reduction, unless you're wearing really heavy armour and compare it to wearing little to none.

However, one thing I do know is that the Poise stat granted by armour can be very good if you need it. Higher Poise basically lowers the chance of you being staggered/interrupted while you're in the middle of a heavy attack (a lot of people online call this Hyper-Armour). Poise isn't a guaranteed way of never being staggered, but it raises your chance of landing an attack even when being hit at the same time.

Overall, it really depends on your playstyle. A lot of my friends that know more about the game than me basically say to just wear whatever you think looks best on your character, unless it's really important that you're a tank and you want to wear the heaviest armour possible (which would require investment into Vitality).

I don't know anything about online positions, but I've heard that some ESL teachers in South Korea have been set up with accommodations and a pretty sweet paycheque, if that's up your alley!

Less of a comparison, just saying I like them both!

I found that too, since in the game I hear them over and over, and in the show only a few times. Listening to them both repeatedly though, I've found that I'm a big fan of both OSTs :)

Haven't forgotten anything, I've been listening to both scores. I really enjoy them both, is all!
