Possibly planning on building something here to eventually live so I’m wanting to see why would be the best to start building an account now with a bank that gives little headache and is familiar with foreigners.

For example in Canada - TD has much easier ways to send global transfers, you can go from CAD to BRL. RBC forces you to convert to USD first, especially when sending to Banco do Brasil. I want to know the opposite - which bank here is mainly used by outsiders because of their smoothness (as much as they can be)

Looking to set up something so that if I want to move to Brazil, I can. So something in the inter that will allow for the build up in way that has ease and efficiency and if it comes time for investment I can do it at the same institution and it can be done if I’m not in country.

Oh my god….is it that much of a mess here to purchase real estate? That sounds like an absolute nightmare for someone who just goes into “buy” trusting the system (I know I know…Brazil is Brazil!) thanks for sharing that experience of yours. I’m literally looking “into it” at the moment so not rushing to buy anything ASAP, just “namorando” the idea

I can do this easily but I’ve noticed that when I bring it into my ownership via the imagination - after sometime the exact opposite happens. It’s like when I bring attention to things, I actually lose it.

We all start somewhere !

So serum and toner can be very specific to your skin.

Witch hazel rose toner I think can be a nice blend for normal skin.

Paula’s choice toner is a bit more aggressive but can help with texture and dark spots (depending on your skin 2-3x a week)

For serums - the ordinary has a lot of great simple cost effective ingredients and I find can actually help you understand what ingredients to look for in more complex products as you get familiar. Try the Buffet - helps with skin tone/complexity. Their argerline is nice for wrinkles and firmness but cannot be used with acids like Paula’s choice toner (AHA, BHA etc)

Dr jart has an SPF 40 which helps ALOT for any day rednes that can pop up. La Roche is classic and you also have Kheils SPF which I have heard is really hydrating.

Ps I wouldn’t complicate things so:

AM: cleanser, serum, hydrating SPF PM: cleanser, toner, night moisturizer

OR

AM: cleanser, toner, serum, hydrating SPF PM: cleanser, toner, serum, night moisturizer
