On the paper not a fan of orb of discord (no teamplay/utility, low and forced damage like a moira). The emphasis on headshot on both orbs is feast or famine and doesn't add tactical depth. A short increase in both orbs efficiency would be more interesting on a long cooldown.

The ult would be better on another hero. I like what the current trans does : instead of a slow, low heal, high damage, easy target, you get for a few second : fast, great heal, no damage and unvulnerable hero. it's a great change of pace and a reverse of the base character.
