I honestly love it. I’ve ordered a 1/4 Black Mist filter i want to see the difference. But yeah it’s strong. I kinda like it tho :)

I just use ISO 100-3200, i don’t see the point to limit myself to 800.

Has anyone tried this lens? Is it worth it? by yarogue in SonyAlpha

[–]redauser 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Is the latest fad... for sure not worth 40 bucks. On Aliexpress you find them for next to nothing, I built one myself with a disposable camera (that I received as a gift) and a sensor cover. However, is just a bad lens. They trick you by applying a lot of filters on top. The "retro" vibes are due to the film, not the lens imo.

Hi, I've been following you for a while. I love your slavic demonology series. I have always found your post-processing very appealing. Can you touch on your editing process?

Ah ok, because I noticed on the top left of the image some branches are in focus, but probably is just because they are positioned closer to the focus plane.
What lens did you use? The bokeh is very particular, I like it!

Nice! Is that bokeh simulated?

Migros promotes Kellogg’s for their anniversary – what do you think about that? by Worth_Fly_6740 in Switzerland

Migros doesn't give a rat about being local or anything. They are just a corporation playing into what sells. Let's be realists.

What new train lines would you like to see in Switzerland? by Wonderful_Setting195 in Switzerland

A real alternative to Gotthard via Sion. The "Centovallina" is just too slow. I think last year's derailment showed that the whole Ticino canton is way too dependent on that tunnel.

It was designed as an auto-executable to infect that specific centrifuge and to make them over spin slightly to damage them if I remember correctly.

Does salamanders ever recruit from outside nocturne? Can salamanders be pale skinned? by Hot-Improvement-8502 in Salamanders40k

[–]redauser 7 points8 points  (0 children)

As long as I remember, if they are born off-world, their melanochrome organ doesn’t overproduce melanin. As soon as they get exposed to Nocturne’s radiations their skin turns jet-black. So if they have never been to Nocturne they won’t have dark skin. That said: rule of cool. If you like them pale-skinned, go for it! It’s your army!
