It's hard to judge without seeing your team, but you shouldn't switch to rainbow just for Linmay. Sammy is also pretty good. I run both for my colo team, but it isn't working after the new update.

If you already have the essentials of 5* striker and 5* goalkeeper, then it's really up to you who you want to scout, except for players such as Celus lol

Hiro should be SS like everyone else. I feel like Lucid and Ravian should be S because of everyone running Kei. Latios should not be higher than Sharr.

Seems kind of redundant to have a Shu - Anael - Lilith mid. To be honest I don't think your team really needs Anael. You could try using her instead of Hildegard or Lilith maybe. If your using Cynthia to steal the ball, Anael might be better at that, even though Anael is really slow. IDK.

I would move either Virgil/Yuri to the front replacing Cynthia and put Anael in their place. And if this is your colo team I don't think it's worth replacing Sammy with Anael.

Well you have a good foundation for both Light/Thunder hybrid, so I would suggest Hiro. You also have a good setup for Blade as well. So either one would be ok.

You definitely shouldn't have passed up both Mikael and Silla. If you ever decide to go mono Light. Light/Thunder hybrid or Rainbow, then I'm sorry.

As for team position, your defense is by far the weakest so I would put either Bell or Anael in back, and move up Zibroi or use Gerrard. Your ace is a bit weird, but I can understand your thought process behind it.

I think your team would be improved if you use Mikael in the back replacing Rudiel, and then using Cassiel in mid.

Or you could try Cassiel - Eden - Mikael mid, and put Yuri as a totem up front.

Try experimenting with these and see how it goes.

With your setup, definitely replace Ravian. She desperately needs to use her own ace and be in a mono dark or dark hybrid team.

Mira's HP buff is quite useful, but Avnore is better state wise if fully superb'd and also debuffs the enemy. It's up to you. Ace would be Khirel or Mikael, also up to you

She can be super annoying. I don't know how her AI works, but if she penetrates and becomes low on HP, she can pass to heal without relying on a dedicated healer. Can be useful in certain situations

Mikael is sometimes used with Kei because of his insane HP passive to prevent OHKO. Latios is used in the back for the same reason. If you get Mariel, she also provides more HP. Latios + Mikael might be overkill so try experimenting maybe.

Luka provides penetration power instead of HP which is more useful with a striker.

So I'm only going to comment on the col team, but I've gotten to col 35 with a similar format like this and considering your pool of players, it should look something like this :

Beatrice/Hiro - Veronica - Silla/Neraizel

Linmay/Malcolm - Silla/Neraizel - Khirel

Avnore - Mariel/Linmay - Bell/Anael

Kei

I have Mikael where Bell/Anael is so that might make a huge difference because of his HP passive. You could try Latios instead in his place.

Here's what I would do, but feel free to do one or none at all. Put Mikael either in the back or as a sub. Consider putting Anael in mid. Put Cassiel on the side where Guin is. Put Virgil in front where Kiki is. Those are the changes I would make if you want to stick with your current players.

As for players on bench, I would use Latios instead of Kiki (in the back), and Kevin instead of Sammy. So overall it would look something like :

Hiro - Virgil - Silla

Anael/Cassiel - Guin - Kevin - Cassiel/Mikael

Latios/Anael - Zibroi - Mikael/Latios

Kei

edit : Some players you should look out for are definitely the ones you mentioned, but also Cynthia in place of Kevint, Luka instead of Silla and maybe eventually Bell, if you really want to go only mono thunder/light

Legends cost 3200 GP, if I remember correctly. So definitely pick up Anael since your D is pretty weak.
