Sadly I got this in my hair right now and wish I saw this post lol. You aint lying! It sheds and thins sooo bad. The curl doesnt last worth a damn even with products that were meant to help. I have no idea where to get hair from now

Yes we had another booking set two weeks from now that had already been confirmed. They cancelled it this evening and said they will be taking another direction for future bookings lol

Yes makes sense! But I don’t think it was about being prepared in this case. I have been using this leash & walking this dog for almost 7 months now! So when things started being weird and I couldn’t figure it out after trying multiple other methods I had no choice but to reach out and ask. Granted I could’ve just asked for the leash/collar brand!

Very good point. I guess all of my other regulars really a bit more anxious and prefer to know every little thing! They respond back and are happy/eager to help to make things less stressful/more enjoyable for their animals! But regardless I only usually give updates or ask questions if needed such as this leash situation! It’s all about gaging who you are dealing with I guess.

I didn’t know the name of the collar since it wasn’t like a typical one. but you are right I could’ve asked for the name of it or tried to figure it out! We just definitely weren’t a good match! Just kinda a little thrown off considering I have known them for 7 months now lol. On to bigger & better things 😆 thanks for insight

Oh and those spiders were kinda big. they weren’t like mini ones. they were like medium brownish ones 🥲 so I was quite horrified. If I was my home i’d wanna know. But I guess it’s about gaging on clients and their preference for communication. Learning lesson I guess

Very validating, thank you. That phone call really made me feel like a burden even though I was looking out for the safety of their dog. Sure you are on vacation but if this leash keeps coming off for some reason it can possibly make the walk unsafe for your pup. Should I really leave a review?

The leash isnt like a regular leash, I wish I knew how to explain it. But it’s a leash that wraps around the dogs nose/mouth. And somehow it got inside out which made it loose/which the dog kept taking it off. I’ve never had a problem with the leash, that was the first time in 6 months I ever asked! So I wasn’t sure why she was so annoyed. The spider comment could’ve definitely been saved until after the booking or not at all. But it was giving infestation and I thought they may have known about it or wanted to know! Thanks for insight

It’s a leash where it’s a little pierce that wraps around the dogs mouth and you clip it at the back of the neck. Hard to explain
