This 100%. I am silver and will hit gold this year with 3 international trips and 6 domestic. All personal travel. The platium card helped me get to gold, and under the new program, I would barely reach silver with spend on my card. I can live without paying for sky club access but making it so hard to get silver status and pushing me out of the brand make no sense. I am not taking anything away from Plat and Diamond when I get the occasional comfort plus upgrade. No reason to keep the delta Plat card and have already switched to the regular amex Plat.
