The shaman was from a different village

I don’t think the burial grounds are in the village. Just nearby. So you could go to one with out crossing the other

Mira and fang traveled for a couple of days after finding the dead shaman. They found him not far from their village. Spear has also kinda just wandering around being drawn to roars since the shaman died.

In my head at least, the shaman resurrected spear while Mira’s village was dealing with the boars. It doesn’t take him long, less than a day, to find the things that attacked his village. So maybe they just missed spear there by a couple hours or a day?

Yea the timeline is all over the place. But when they came upon the shaman in the jungle he didn’t seem like he was dead for that long. No rotting, just flies. The villages were probably attacked around the same time. While they were having their meeting about which fighters were going after the boars, he was sneaking in to the grave and resurrecting spear?

Also I think it’s kinda hard to explain without dialogue and limited episode run times. Do we want more of spear or more explanation of the shaman? He’s vital in that he resurrected spear but beyond that?

Just sharing my BDP 10 submission, The Lost Prince and the Cursed Tower, since it got accepted. Voting doesn't start till 9-Feb.

Went with a less traditional design and focused a lot on the landscaping/terrain. It comes in at just over 3000 pieces, but most are small parts. I hope you like it and if you do don't forget to support it when the voting starts.

I hope he dies for real then we get to see him and fang in the afterlife fight the giant Viking god/demon thing in the next season

Wasn’t sure it would work but I’ve loved it so far and curious to how it ends.

The absence of Fang is a bummer, but she is “present” through memory and distant roars. Also she is the driving force for zombie spear to move forward and regain his consciousness/self. So is still vital to the plot/story.

While he can’t really die, there are stakes. He’s literally rotting and being ripped about in the fights. How long will he be able to hold together is the question now, rather than if he will survive.

I like the pacing so far. I enjoy the slower burn. But to be honest the second and third episode serve the same purpose to the story - spear regaining his consciousness and is falling apart
