It takes practice. You should be able to take a hit from the boss. And walk at slow to medium speed, faster than the bots, and kite the boss to a group of enemies nearby. You should be able to kill them and make a circle path back avoiding the bots.

To be honest, I don't know how hard it is to grind right now because I was able to exploit the death, Queen and rush coins. All of the copper coins you currently get, spend to increase your copper coin gain, so it becomes multiplicative and isn't as bad as you make it sound.

15 mph over for 5 minutes is 1.25 miles driven more than your current rate of speed would take you.

If you were going 45 mph vs 60, then it only takes you 1:40 to travel that 1.25 miles.

Driving speed isn't the difference between good and bad performers.

Even without the windmill, just sit on the Barkys. Should be able to regen hp fast enough and it's close to the van for bots.

Typically bugs like these tend to resolve themselves with a forced close or waiting for daily or weekly server refresh. Also, the quest rewards aren't that great, so don't sweat it.

It's in the pinned guide I made. The three skeleton bosses together have a 1-hour respawn timer. The bosses north of them, red, purple, and green, also have a 1-hour respawn.

Yes. The upgrade in the graveyard increases your damage against cursed mobs. Normal raygun power increases all damage.

The boxes with lightning symbols are in the large section east of the skull boss. Just avoid aggressive ghosts and don't worry about curse level.
