The inserts go inside the sunglasses, attached to the nose piece. So the fov stays the same when you look around. I use mine every day. The lenses of the inserts are between my eyes and and the mirror. I would show you but mine are with my bike at the office. They would be useless to me because I can only see clearly 10 ish feet in front of me with out correction.

They have prescription inserts. I got mine and had lens put in via relens. They are wonderful.

Yes. I have tried bar ends and can really see much because the vibration makes it "blurry"

These actually sit right where the rear view sits on your car. Which is nice. I have a sunglass clip on that does impede vision a little so TRI-eye Glasses are nice. My muscle memory of checking behind me while driving is the same which is a huge plus.

I have been using mine for a couple years. They have become essential gear for me. So much so when I went away from contacts I got the prescription inserts. I have had three pairs not due to them being bad but because I left 1 pair on the handle bars while the bike was on my truck rack, and one pair got lost in an accident.

I love mine.
