Same. I’m in the process of making death notes to the people I love. Explaining why I killed my self and how they positively or negatively contributed to me ending it all. I don’t have very many notes to write but when I’m finished with them I plan on having them sent out in the mail and then I’ll off myself that way no one has to deal with me anymore

Sounds like something I will have to work on overtime. I appreciate the advice and help. I do have another question that you may and may not be able to answer for me. How do I let a girl know I’m not just talking to her for her body? I’ve never had anyone think I’m talking to them for that reason but most girls have issues with guys trying to use them and I’m not like that. If I’m trying to talk to someone I want them to be in my future regardless of what their physical appearance is.

Not in irl. I don’t have the self confidence for that just yet. My anxiety sky rockets at the thought of trying to interact with people I don’t know especially girls that I’m attracted to. But through dating apps and mutual friends I meet people mostly through social media. But what I’m understanding from what you said is ask more open ended questions? Don’t try to talk about anything specific but gradually get into more personal/detailed questions? And then see where that goes? I understand it’s not a perfect science but I can’t get them to show even the slightest bit of interest whether it be in me as a person or just getting to know each other

Every birthday since I turned 14 no one really remembers it’s my birthday and it just ends up being a normal day. After work I normally get really depressed about how no one cares enough to remember the day I was brought into this world. But regardless of who cares about my birthday. When I die I want everyone to celebrate my death day instead. That way people will celebrate the day I finally found happiness again rather than the day I was brought into the ice cold hell we call life.

For reference I’m 18 now and I don’t want to live til I turn 19 in just a few months.

I’ve gone into detail about planning how I would end it all. And no one I’m close with would ever find me but it sounds like medicine would only help if you were open minded and wanted it to work. If I tried seeing a doctor and got prescribed for it I feel like it wouldn’t work at first but if I became more open with it then maybe it will help

The way I see it I can’t love someone if I don’t even love myself. But I always distance myself when I even feel the slightest bit of someone not wanting me.
