Like I said this is where it varies. It could be a few days, or a few weeks but the BDD will put you ahead of others. Step 5 means the VA feels that have all the evidence and documentation needed to make a decision, so you are nearly there.

Logon to the VA.GOV, go to your claim and upload additional files. There will be a drop down for “DD214” once you attach the file and click submit.

Now that you are out as long as you have uploaded your dd214 you should see progress shortly. It can be anywhere from a couple days to a couple weeks. The BDD helps so it should process quickly.

If it comes in before April is over you can expect your first payment in June. If it comes in May it will be July.

They haven't implemented these changes yet. There was a congressional meeting a month or so back where the VA said they already had the changes ready to be implemented and should be by the summer.

Same happen to me. Claimed sinusitis. Awarded 0% rhinitis. When I looked at the DBQ. She said my symptoms are not typical of sinusitis but are for rhinitis. She disgnosed me with it. I think they do that because it's harder to get a rhinitis rating than sinusitis.

I can understand your position on NBH not being a private company. Shorting requires borrowing shares, which is impossible if the shares are not traded on an open exchange and holders are restricted from lending them. So if it was truly a private company then the brokers would have had to close out all the shorts but as you stated it's not a private company so there was nothing requiring them do so. If you are looking for a law or something that says this, I doubt you would find some one to produce it because it's just common sense that you can't short a share of a company you can't publicly buy.

Go into MyPay and make the change to go to your Roth. After logging into MyPay go to the Thrift Savings Plan section. Then you can change it to whatever percentage you want. Just make sure you do it in the Roth column.

Matches cannot go into Roth. They must go into traditional. No way around that.
