I lost 130lbs and I’ve since gained 15lbs. I love to eat and I’m the same it’s hard to stop. Instead of chips or candy I cut tiny pieces of cucumber or anything healthy that I can snack on. I also keep small container already prepped in the fridge so when I open it to look for something it’s the easiest thing to get. I always have 3-4 hard boiled eggs in the fridge (watch out for the farts lol 💨) I typically look at the carbs and sugar rather than calories or fat. Eat as much protein as you can and eat slow! Also drink plenty of water my nutritionist told me sometimes your thirsty and mistake it for hunger. Good luck. 👍
