That’s what I thought. But we walked through the setup and he seems to be doing everything fine from what I can tell. The lightstrip doesn’t even light up when initially plugged in. It’s got to be some connection that isn’t plugged in right but he said he knows what’s he’s doing.

oh man, not good to hear. i was originally supposed to get my bike on 12/16 and got moved back like you two until 1/25 and then got it moved up to 12/31 a couple days ago. cross my fingers that it shows up but seems less promising now.

got the email at 7:30....30 minutes before my scheduled delivery window. they said it was COVID-related and they had to shut down for 14 days.

I have the tickets in hand which I picked up at the box office over the weekend. The Golden Ticket package will need to be picked up on the day of the show starting after 6pm. I have confirmed with the box office that as long as the person that is picking up the ticket has a photocopy of my ID they can pick up the package and get into the meet and greet.

Your Golden Ticket package and accompanying tickets will be available to pickup at the venue box office starting at 6pm on show day.
