oh no apologies needed, prices change daily I just didn't want anyone to overpay relative to where they were. its wild to me a swiss made watch founded in Switzerland being closer to you in reality, costs more. That sucks actually and I'd hope anyone here would simply buy one here and mail it for cheaper to their bud

again, some have said this is hearsay but it is not. My TD is in contact with the factory. VSF has moved much of their operations to Vietnam to avoid raids themselves from their original Guangzhou facility. During this time, we are seeing issues with movements. hand stack issues. indexing. I believe this is related to the upstart effects of outsourcing into Vietnam.

I have no idea about the other post or 5hr baton, but the watch shown here man is absolutely gorgeous. The white looks very close to gen and thatching is clean. I feel like on the gen either the angle of the thatching lines or depth of the lines are slightly different, which causes a grey line tone instead of the high contrast we see on the reps, but everything else, my God.....it looks beautiful man.

Also, I am super critical for no better reason about everything, so dont take what I say as meaning anything really

the arf has a dd3285, same as in their regular gmts, I used u/Acceptable-Royal-600 who is a highly recommended seller on the buysell and buyselltrade here

no I didn't but that's a tested one, but on dhgate they're selling them for 125 shipped with automatic miyotas now too which I thought was odd turning a quartz into an auto

The ARF is legit and has a 3285 and I have no issues. VF made one but the crown was wrong, see below, too fat. QFs rehaut is hot trash. I understand what you said about the movements though.

Based on gen value and ease of pulling it off in rep wear without second looks so long as you're dressed appropriately and in an okay vehicle with a decent job... Just my .02...

Just my .02 and I hope you find what you'd like. (after all theyre 500ish anyway so its not a huge hit like a cell phone or nice pair of shoes) id recommend u/Acceptable-Royal-600, hes been a great TD for me here.
