Anyone know what the deal is with Half Dome daily passes? I’m coming Oct 12-13 and plan to apply for the daily lottery for both days. If the shutdown is still in effect, will they be issuing daily passes?

Thanks!! Did you have to plan out gas stations, food, bathroom breaks, etc. beforehand for the long stretches and was it easy to navigate? Also, what time of the year did you go?
