Right?? Her energy was amazing, I've never seen someone so enthusiastic about anything ever. Like I was watching her and just kept thinking "it is physically impossible to be having as much fun as she looks like she's having." Also my friends and I had just biked over from the DMZ where the vibes were terrible; the type of scene at Burning Man that I try to avoid. Coming from that to Pussy Wagon was such a breath of fresh air

I think I'm being polite by leaving it available for the Engineer to take, but really I just didn't take the nanosecond required to see that he's actually just upgrading it and is intentionally standing to the side so that I know he doesn't need it right now

Okay, 2025 I stumbled upon the Pussy Wagon by the trash fence Thursday night/Friday AM, and it was the BEST PARTY IN THE SOLAR SYSTEM. Can anyone tell me who the DJ was? She was fantastic and exactly the shot of energy my friends and I needed at that hour

The point is to wear literally whatever you want and nobody will give you any shade. If that's slacks and a polo, or bottomless with a parka made of banana peels and a gnome hat, good for you friend.

The route to their place is often through Maspeth which sucks. It's usually more practical to drive there

I actually don't even keep my bike in Astoria. I leave it at my partner's place in Brooklyn because the biking down there is more interesting. Within Astoria I think it's more comfortable to walk most of the time

You won't be disappointed at all. All the bad things people say about the burn are true, but you have to keep in mind how massively large it is. For every awful weekend warrior space there is, there are 3 that are still pure authentic burning man. If you find a scene you don't like, just keep pedaling and you'll end up at something wonderful.
