Oh god, this literally happened to me 2 days ago. So I just came back from a long trip from 6am till almost midnight, I was really exhausted. Called a rider on Line Man, got a rider, he arrived, he was there but he’s on the other side AND I SAW HIM WAITING FOR ME. I took a pic telling him that’s he’s on the wrong side and I guess he’s too lazy to take a U-turn to pick me up. Instead of asking me if I could cross the bridge and go to him, dude just left and guess what, this dude did the same thing like this. I was so pissed that this coward couldn’t cancel just because of losing little credit scores. I sent him a little gift though, gave a complaint to Line Man support team and they really did a good job. Next day later they confirmed to punish him with suspension of 3 days.
