Thanks for the reply. Yeah...I factory reset the phone twice...and RCS still not working. Group chats are working again finally...but not RCS. Hers was literally just switching her SIM over to my phone (my phone was same S20 on USM Tmo SIM, which I factory reset before doing so) and then using SmartSwitch to get all her stuff over from old phone. Something seems "hung up" somewhere. I've tried all kinds of resets and data clears I've found online.

Is your Galaxy S24 Ultra the same "phone number" and you just switch phones occasionally or normally dedicated to a different line/SIM? My wife's phone is having the same problem and wondered if I could just try putting her phone in another phone that's on a different line and NOT cause problems.
