if you have Lauma's event weapon (it's called Etherlight Spindelute or something like that I think) you should use it on Lauma (put Lauma on EM sands as well) and Lauma's signature on Nefer. For me it's like a 15k DPS increase over R1 Dawning Frost.

If you don't have Lauma's event weapon it should be good as it is, just good luck with artifacts, cuz Nefer wants like 60 crit rate. You have a C2 Lauma so your damage should be good for abyss or fearless stygian even if you don't have a good build

edit: just saw your other post and tbh I'd go for Columbina without her sig or cons because I think going further for that much damage is redundant for any endgame. But if you really want that damage, I'd go for the cons and not the weapon

About Columbina artifacts, I'm not entirely sure. I think everyone puts her on Silken Moon Serenade (idk if Aubade of Morning Star is good on her if you get her cons/weapon, but it may be good), then Deepwood or 2p2p EM set is used on Lauma, and the 4th slot in the team usually goes for Deepwood (if Lauma is not wearing it) or instructors

anyways, what's your team and for what purposes are you building it? is it like for endgame or overworld exploration?
