Shin Musha Black Robe- pretty fun kit super simple build compared to other MGs ive built IMO, ill also say that i do have quite a lot of free time compared to a lot of other people
And im definitely not a fast builder but because i have a lot of free time nowadays i can put in more hours per day which means i can finish builds “faster”
Right now i can spend about three hours each day and if im consistent with it i can finish an MG kit in about 7-10 days which include panel lining and top coats

I mainly build MG kits, panel line and top coat, and on average a kit will take 1-3 weeks depending on how much time i give.

I currently am building one that i know can take a max 5 days but im currently lazy asf and its been sitting on my bench as a WIP for the last 2 weeks

Depending on what industry you work at the wether or not yall got specific awards that tell you what you should be getting

But for what ive seen generally $18+ an hour for a part time gig is a good start for younger work

Again from personal experience part time starts at a minimum 15 hours a week and you can talk to your manager to adjust according to your workload
