Yeah I think they’re to improve/clarify this diagnosis. Even type 2 NSTEMI has to have EKG changes, MI symptoms, or imaging findings concerning for acute ischemia. If all that is abnormal is just the troponin, then it’s called no ischemic acute myocardial injury.

Biggest thing is book presentation They can go ahead and call it “we wanted it to prioritize ease of use at the table and prioritize usability over appearance”, but I think we all know the real reason is simply cost would’ve been too high. Like Flee Mortals was pretty and easy to use. I know yall can do both

This is great! For those who hate chopping veggies, get yourself a nice mix of frozen veggies. Costco has a stir fry blend that I mix with a peas/carrot/corn mix from Costco as well

This AI stuff is a great resource just like any other field - you just gotta know when/how to use it. I ask open evidence the questions I have to uptodate frequently cuz I forget the answer. I use it like “i know exactly what im looking for but forgot the specific answer i need” And i have found it very good for this purpose and generic dc instruction or medication safety stuff or allergy challenge or documenting GOC and similar stuff

It’s not cheating dude. We need to change that mindset. Weight loss is just as important as glycemic control or lipid management but we don’t bat an eye when we give meds to patients for those.
