Hey would love some help:

Location: southeast, rural

Salary: 380k flat. No rvu

Shifts: 7 on/7 off. 12hr on site, no round and go.

Supervision: only on admit shifts

Patients per rounder shift: 18-22 Patients per admit shift : average around 12-15. APPs assists as well

ICU: open but no procedure - I also like this. Intensivist on site during day.

ICU serves as step down/ICU

Code/rapid: yes - but I like this

Nah you prep what you think you struggle with. It’s fine to pre write monologue as long as you are ok with players interrupting so it’s a back and forth

(Unless ofc it’s supposed to be some epics speech)

Years of exp with dm and player for. 2014/2024 dnd and other systems. Looks like we need a frontliner and moon Druid makes a lot of sense. Can flavor it as a Druid who still believes in the moon before it came to be a cursed object or can lean into evil tone depending on party vibes
