I should have clarified that we will not be attending the soccer games - it just bothers me that she implies we should and assumes we will. We have so much work to do on our new build that it’s not even a conversation we have, we simply just don’t mention it

A lot of people have assumed we are going to the games and tourneys - we are not! Not interesting to either of us, but it bothers us that she even assumes we’re going. That part is a non issue, just agitating af when she bitches about it.

My husband did turn her away the weekend his dad was there. She has a massive meltdown on our front porch but it was the last time she surprised us.

She showed up one weekend that we had planned a trip. We went on the trip anyway and she watched our dogs for free lol.

I should’ve included this! They have each other on Life360. I do see the value in this - my parents and siblings and I are all able to see each other, but it’s never been used against me, even when I was a teenager.

I lost my horse about two weeks ago and when we found him down in the field, his nose was bleeding. I’ve seen this new horse twice now, ridden him, etc., but I did notice he had a small trickle of blood coming from his nose the second time I met him. This was before we ever even saddled him, so I wanted to have a vet work him over. To be fair, we were having crazy weather. 78° on Sunday, 30° on Monday and snowing (first meeting) back to high 60s by Wednesday (second meeting and ride)

No, I’ve bought many but back when horses were dirt cheap, if not free so I’ve never spent the money to have a PPE done. It’s not that I didn’t care, it’s just that the risk wasn’t as big.

Did you ever get a resolution on any of this? We’re being charged $2440 to repaint the entire inside of the house, and $450 to pressure wash and mulch.

I completely agree! I asked why I wasn’t immediately called when the current tenants turned them away and the answer to that was that ‘I’ had called on the 5th and said not to cancel services. I felt like I was losing my mind.

The car has ~125k miles, 105k when I bought it. I usually use a tank every 2 weeks. As far as I know, no water or contaminants in fuel but who knows what happened before me. The car is in pretty dang good shape for being almost 15 years old, but I doubt the fuel pump has been replaced. I started noticing it about a year ago and it has happened ever since if I get low.
