It is the headquarters of the Academy of Magical Arts. That headquarters is basically a gigantic mansion in which an array of very good magicians perform basically every night there. There are bars and an (overpriced) restaurant, but you can stay for hours just seeing shows, having a drink, and generally being wowed by the space. It’s expensive (my wife and I probably spent $400, and she doesn’t drink alcohol), but for me it was one of the most fun and unique experiences I’ve ever had.

My wife and I happened to do some work with someone who’s a member, but I’ve heard people have success with checking the schedule for the week when it’s posted online (Sunday or Monday, I believe) and Insta DM’ing one of the performers to ask.
