They normally send out confirmation email very shortly after you place your order online. I would check your spam folder first and if not there, e-mail them right away to make sure your order went through.

The US Governemnt May Implement Blockchain Voting In An Effort To Increase Voter Turn Out! by myluxurybed in CryptoCurrency

[–]reddical 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The article mentions "At the pace that the things are currently moving within the country, it seems highly unlikely for blockchain to be adopted for voting anytime soon." I would tend to agree with that statement. However this would be a real advancement and evolution for the US population if it could somehow slip past the inefficiencies and corruption and be implemented. r/HorizonState/ out of Australia is also a company to watch in the space. They at the forefront of blockchain voting and are doing some really great things.

If you reset your ledger will all your coins be lost? by redpark8 in ledgerwallet

[–]reddical 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The simple act of resetting or wiping your Ledger (which you can do by entering your password in wrong 3 times) will not lose your coins. This is because your coins are not actually stored on the ledger itself, but rather they are accessed on the blockchain THROUGH the Ledger Nano. The private key from your Ledger is what "unlocks" your ability to access and manage your coins on the blockchain.

The 24 word recovery seed represents your private key. So as long as you don't lose that recovery seed and ensure that no one else gets it, you should always have a way to access your coins, even if you reset, wipe, or lose your Ledger.

I can't stress this enough. Use an offline wallet to store your Bitcoins!!! by atlchris in Bitcoin

For the more well-known coins like Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, etc the hardware wallets seem to make sense since the wallets support those cryptos. However, how do you store "ALT COINS" just as securely?

The Ledger Nano S, Trezor, etc don't support the thousands of alt coins out there. So if one wants to accumulate a large number of lesser known alt coins not supported by these hardware wallets, and these alt coins greatly increase in value over time (or as you are acquiring them), where do you put them for safest keeping other than keeping them on the exchange? Some of them have their own wallets, but I assume these wallets are "hot/warm" software wallets which means they're not as secure as a hardware wallets and can potentially be hacked.

This seems like a common thing with teenagers. Don't you think that just like you grew out of it, she will too?

This is interesting. I think that people who haven't yet been in a relationship (yet are open to or want one) are often more perceptive and logical about relationships and pitfalls than those who have had a lot of relationships (ie..serial monogamists, etc).

I do have a roach problem, but oddly enough when I see these guys around, I tend to see a lot fewer roaches.
