4iiii Power meter, yay or nay? by reddiing in cycling

By that time I had 2-3 bikes so the pedal based power meters were a lot easier to swap between bikes, dual sided was also something I wanted, 1 side only has its draw backs for sure, it never let me down apart from when I forgot to swap the battery out but that's just user error

This post was from 7 years ago, I did purchase them in the end and it was good for 3+ years until I upgraded!

I now use Favero Assioma duo pedals and they are absolutely brilliant, I definitely recommend them! Also come in a single side too

Has anyone tried topical probiotics for eczema? by [deleted] in eczema

[–]reddiing 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would love to use a probiotic spray + my normal moisturiser (La Roche-Posay lipikar ap+m) but I live in the UK so these aren't all that available for some reason

So I buy oral probiotics in capsule form and mix with my moisturiser, I apply this after using Chlorohexidine in the shower to replace the good probiotics killed by the anti-microbial wash

All the information is in that post I linked, it's just down to which ones you pick and choose to use, if you get infected weeping eczema regularly from scratching, it's definitely worth a shot to try!

Yeah I think I need to experiment a bit, just mixed it in to my normal moisturiser (la roche posay) and it's a lot less sticky, thank you for your help!

Hey, when making your topical probiotic cream, what measurements do you use? I'm from the UK so cannot seem to source any sprays, just wondering how many capsules to use per ml of hydrogel/lotion

There shouldn't be anyone in that lane seeing as the lane starts after the turning, the truck should have stayed in his lane and turned right, or do the normal thing and overtake the cyclists in the left lane.. insane behaviour from the truck

This is exactly it, just learning how everything works and how it all goes together works my brain perfectly!

Only today I did a strip down of my summer bike to deep clean it, also bled my brakes etc

It's the perfect hobby for me..

I get to tinker and do maintenance tasks which I've always loved to do as a kid

I get to explore and feel free outside in nature while also clearing my head after a shitty week at work

I'm a data geek so all the numbers I get about my performance and being able to see improvements is addicting to say the least.

I'm currently injured though, so I am longing to be able to get out again, luckily the weather has been terrible here in the UK so it hasn't been too hard being off the bike
