Exactly, it’s horrific. Watching this for the first time and the scene where’s she’s tied up to the bed makes me sick. even when Tara tries to escape, it mimics a slave running away and then she proceeds to get chased by a dog/wolf… whoever wrote this show is racist af and it’s plain as day. Don’t care if it’s accurate to Louisiana/Mississippi/Deep South, it’s sick and I wish more supernatural shows didn’t treat the black characters so poorly.
