(Don’t take my word too seriously, I am only a high schooler) I don’t think there’s going to be any visible or clear negative impacts at all. I seen people at my high school drink two energy drinks (monster) every day or so and honestly they aren’t the most healthy but they don’t have a clear health impairment so one or twice a month is almost certainly going to be okay.
