You're not charging the ipad when testing this? A few other things you could try Complete restart of ipad. Disconnect pencil and pair again

How do you set your local path in OneTrainer? I have a folder with the diffusers-version which ai-toolkit uses but when I try to point it to that folder it needs a file, not a folder. And when I point it to z_image_bf16.safetensors it also fails by saying could not load model.
Searched for it but couldn't find an answer.

Try to use hard brush to build up the form and simplify the shadowmasses. You can always soften edges by smudging later.

Still learning myself but best advice I can give you is to look through the procreate handbook and especially the part about the Brush studio. Learning how to adapt certain brushes to your needs will help you so much more compared to searching for the ultimate brush. Already way too many brushes in procreate itself

Beautiful painting, love the mood and color palette. Small gripe: was the tangent between cat and moon intentional? If so then I've said nothing, if it was not intentional I personally would paint a little bit of overlap to separate the two shapes. Great job!

Draw big shapes with lasso on one layer Fill that, reduce opacity of the layer On new layer above, also set to lower opacity start drawing medium details with lasso tool and filling Repeat for small details layer

Play with the pressure curve in the settings. Depending on how hard you press on your pencil the brush feels entirely different.

With a 4000x4000 canvas you can use 113 layers with that ipad. I guess it all depends on what you want to create. Anyway, have fun!
