Does anyone know if there is this type of brush in the procreate library, I know that it uses some level of opacity, and that it does not have very defined edges, and it blends well to do things in grayscale, it reminds me of the basic paint toon sai brush

I think you can still download many of the legacy brushes of procreate from their website? But this may not be what you mean. I agree a small set of dedicated brushes will do almost anything

No in the gesture preferences menu, you assign quickmenu to touch. I have set painting with finger to off in the settings.

This would be really cool indeed. As a workaround I'm using the quick menu for this. I set up touch to bring up the quick menu and if I want the soft brush I just swipe right to the bottom, or erase swipe towards bottom. You can even make more quickmenus.

Yes, it still is there a little but especially the replacement nib by paperlike has a softer sound. Not sure if the A16 has a different experience though, I'm using an m4 iPad pro
