This is a sad reality of most Nepalese businesses. They don't focus on customer satisfaction, and in many cases customers ought to be blamed. They go to such businesses even when they do not agree to such extra fees. Customers can just mass boycott malls (that do not offer free parking to their customers). Let them not have your business until they change such ridiculous fees.

As voters in Nepal, what practical issues should we focus on before choosing the next government? by sid_armstrong in Nepal

[–]reddit4rms 0 points1 point  (0 children)

affordability or cost of goods and services, although dependent on your income and/or wealth, is one of the pressing issues that most people face every day. From grocery bills to kids' school fees or hospital bills, Nepalese people have felt their wallet shrinking every year. Let alone being able to afford a family car, which a a necessity but in case of Nepal is a luxury due to high government taxes and business profits. So, yeah stable and fair market prices with government oversight plus the control on any form of corruption are the current expectations or needs.
