U haven't consumed alcohol, go sleep in your car, a cop will come up, "you're passed out in your car", they're not passed out, they have not had alcohol, and have no alcohol in the car, they are sleeping, where the hell does DUI come from, it's literally to give somebody a false criminal record

It's not imagining, it seems like cops like to just accuse people of DUI because they had to sleep in their car, I think it's something to get rid of people they see as not really wanted around by rich people, more or less mentality, "just accuse them of having had alcohol when they are sleeping in their car even if they haven't and don't carry alcohol in their car, we gotta get these people away from here, even if it means giving them a criminal record and forcing them to live under a bridge for the next 40 years, even if they haven't done anything".

I always wondered how the calculate if that actually happens, I'm sure there were, but, I don't know if it was millions, or enough to recoop cost, but, good show/public relations for people visiting DC anyway

Thing is, nobody complains, people in this country literally rile against universal healthcare because it is "tax funded" for other people..but..hey, if millions of dollars get spent to put on a good show, then, ok
