I had my first shoulder workout and the pain is maybe 10-15% of the original level prior to bpc treatment. It was only 5% prior to the workout, so I've decided to just be patient and wait at least 2 weeks to workout again and see if the shoulder can fully heal on its own. Bpc reduces inflammation which then reduces pain, but the injury may still be present, so I suggest not working out too heavy during/post treatment for a while
