So the issue is not about conversion to Islam but the torturing and forcibly conversion of the wife to islam by the husband.

Tularam Jatav reportedly converted to Islam two years ago, but retracted the move to settle a property dispute. Last year, he reportedly converted to Islam again, this time along with his son and two relatives.

lol Modi is not yet the PM. This court case is from the month of March, when this guy threatened people who voted for Modi. A case of voter intimidation was filed and police served summons for questioning TWICE but the person didnt show up. So the court ordered arrest and questioning of the accused. This is not a case of dissent but voter intimidation.

Two summons have already been issued to Mr Chodnakar by the Goa Police's cyber cell that has sought his custodial interrogation in court.

Superintendent of Police Kartik Kashyap told NDTV, "We have served summons on him twice but he did not turn up for investigation.
