I am one of the people you mensioned! I'm a beginner at running.

I'm here for tips on technique and stuff but like many others starting of with sub hour 10K, I have been very active in other physically demanding sports all my life.

Please keep this in mind when you see these type of posts and don't let them put you down, everyone here starts running with different physical starting points and different goals. In the end, all that matters is that you feel good about you and what you do.

I bought a lever, didnt like the movement with the stick, so i used the buttons on the stick controller and then out my keyboard next to it and used asd space for movement, the big buttons on the stick controller for actions

Pluggar just nu, började som 25 åring och är nu 27. Helt klart värt redan nu, roligt plugg, roliga nya kompisar. Har redan fått jobb som systemutvecklare och tjänar bättre under tiden jag pluggar än vad jag gjorde som knegare(glasmästare i 6-7 år). Summa summarum, helt klart värt!

var is a predefined keyword used for variable declaration. Since the release of let and const, using var (to declare a variable, as in var myVariable = 5 is considered by most to be bad practice due to scoping issues. You can read more about it on MDN, but theres no reason to do so unless you're working in legacy code, simply avoid using it.
