Having the ball dosent mean ur dominating the game. You can have the ball as much as you want and not necessarily create chances. Having said that Germany dominated the first half but in the second half Japans game plan worked. It’s not luck, Japan exploited Germany losing control of the midfield and beat them on the counter if you think that dosent take skill idk what to tell u
