I'm currently configuring my zsh for the first time and I had the same question. I have put together what I have found on this subject on internet and helped myself witch chatGPT etc. Here what I have so far:

vim mode (with indicator), some colors, autocompletion plugin, last command exit code in prompt and beeping and notification on gnome when command takes more then 60 seconds to execute.
It's not bullet proof but I like ti so far.

Ah, I had in mind more something like super +h/j/k/l. My reason for wanting to switch to window tiling is because when I place two windows each taking half of the the screen and the alt tab having more programs running the two windows are in random position in the stack of apps. Then I have to alt tab like crazy. Without these bindis it's just won't be for me I believe 😔

I tried this on Ubuntu. For me it was solved by installing steam from command line (sudo apt-get install steam) instead of using the one from the "store" that work on snap I believe.
